Where are my parts coming from?
Orders placed on Buy Mazda Accessories are fulfilled by Team Mazda, which is located just outside of Boise, Id.

How do you ship my order?
All orders are shipped via UPS.

How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight and the destination of the shipment.

When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped out on our normal business days (Monday-Friday). In stock items will ship by the next business day. Items that we do not have in stock will ship out as soon as we receive them from the Mazda Parts Warehouse.

How can I track my order?
You can visit the Track Your Order page to get the latest information about your order. Enter your order ID or email to view the tracking information for your order.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Once your order has shipped you should receive it within 6 business days. If you have not received your order in 7 days after it has been shipped, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Where can I find my VIN?
The VIN is 17 digits that identifies your Mazda and its options. It can be found on the driver's side of your dashboard. It can be read through the front of your windshield. You can also find your VIN on your insurance card or vehicle registration.

What if I receive a damaged part?
If you receive a damaged part, please contact us immediately. We will promptly ship out a replacement part. Photographs of the damage are extremely helpful to us when we begin the claims process with our shipping carrier.

What if I receive an incorrect part?
If you receive an incorrect part, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to determine the mistake so we can get the correct part shipped out to you. We will issue a call tag to pick up the incorrect part.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Any orders shipped to an address within the state of Idaho are subject to a sales tax rate of 6%. All other orders are exempt from sales tax.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and that is why we offer a 30-day return policy. All parts must be returned in their original packaging. Parts that have been installed, electrical parts, painted parts, and special ordered parts are not returnable.
