Shipping
Buy Mazda Accessories ships orders via UPS. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight and the destination of the shipment. Orders are shipped out on our normal business days, which is Monday-Friday. In stock items ship out by the next business day. Items that are not in stock will ship out as soon as we receive them from the Mazda Parts Warehouse. Once your order has shipped you should receive it within 7 business days. If you have not received your order in 7 days after it has been shipped, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and that is why we offer a 30-day return policy. All parts must be returned in their original packaging. Parts that have been installed, electrical parts, painted parts, and special ordered parts are not returnable. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you need to initiate a return please contact us for a RMA number.
